Refund Guidelines

If you are not content with a product or service provided by PharmaEase, please don’t hesitate to contact us at privateprescriptions@pharmaease.co.uk or call us to explore ways to adequately resolve your issue.

Refund requests regarding returned merchandise will be processed after the item is received. Generally, the refund will appear in your initial payment method within 3-5 working days. According to the Distance Selling Regulations, you possess the right to annul a purchase made online or via phone. To obtain a refund for a cancelled order, please send a written refund request to privateprescriptions@pharmaease.co.uk within 14 days of your order. Remember, all items sent back should be in perfect condition, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return Instructions

For any dissatisfaction with a product received from PharmaEase, feel free to contact us at privateprescriptions@pharmaease.co.uk. You have the option to return any product you don’t want within 14 days after receipt, either for a refund or an exchange.

Please be aware that due to health safety standards, we cannot accept returns of cosmetics or personal care items. Likewise, medicinal products are not returnable in adherence to UK laws governing medicine sales and distribution. Additionally, we regret to inform you that any medicinal products requiring temperature-controlled storage (cold chain) are ineligible for a refund. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of these products, as we cannot verify the maintenance of the cold chain once they leave our facilities.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Ensure that all items sent back are in their original state: undamaged, unopened, and in their original packaging. To cancel an order prior to its dispatch, please get in touch with us promptly. We typically can cancel orders placed before 1:00 pm on standard dispatch days on the same day, but you must contact us to confirm the cancellation.
