If necessary, one of our UK-based clinicians may contact you after reviewing your submitted form to ensure safe and appropriate prescribing. After completing the consultation form, our team of UK-based clinicians will review your
submission and provide you with a list of available treatment options. For your safety, our
clinicians may reach out to you to review important information to ensure safe and

Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns of medication once it has been dispatched to you. This is due to the Medicines Act, which prohibits the resale of prescription medication. We take the safety and wellbeing of our patients seriously, and therefore cannot resell or reuse any medication that has left our pharmacy. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and assure you that we take every measure to ensure the accuracy and safety of your medication before it is dispatched to you.
